perfume bottle diy with flowers

 I removed metal seal from Chanel bottle with kitchen knife and it was quite easy ( see pictures ) most important is to open bottom bit and then it comes off easy !
It was a different story with Signorina bottle , oh , it was a mission , the metal seal was from different type of metal , very hard with no chances to bend it like Chanel seal , so I used nail clippers to somehow remove the seal ! That took time but I did it !

After a very long I can finally sit down and write a few lines here :) Both of my babies are asleep by now so I will show you a quick and easy tutorial how to reuse / recycle a pretty perfume bottles ! I think clear glass bottles are the best , they simply look the best ! I had an empty Chanel bottle and recently finished Signorina bottle which I really liked because of the little bow , well , bottle was better then the actual perfume :) I will not write a lot , as you can see in the pictures above its nothing difficult just takes a bit of patience !
Enjoy Birds singing outside , it's spring :) so Beautiful !

Kids Birthday Party Details

Yesterday my daughter Isabella turned 7 , I really can't believe where the time has gone , it feels like yesterday when she was born and I held her in my arms  , now she is 7 , time is so precious ..
I had a little partyl for family only yesterday  but of course there will be another party with school friends in 2 weeks time , at the moment we are very excited about Isabella's first ballet examination so all the free time is spent for dancing , our weekends are so busy , Saturday mornings we have swimming lessons and ballet afterwards ..and I have a newborn to look after also ..sometimes I really don't know how I manage everything !
But let's I will tell you about my party accessories !
I really wanted to create something Beautiful avoiding any supermarket stuff with plastic sheets of " Happy Birthday " , already in advance I ordered Honeycomb balls ( it's not that easy to get them and they are not cheap , I got them from Ebay ) , little milk bottles ( local Garden Centre ) , I used round stickers for wall decoration , also I made little cupcake decorations and flower shaped labels on the milk bottles ! I had few more ideas but just didn't had time for everything ! One of the ideas was favour boxes with children names on them , but I made a mistake by ordering individual stamps , I was expecting delivery already a week ago and then I decided to contact the seller :) surprise surprise ! I didn't notice that my seller is from China he he , so no stamps for a while ! Anyway , I will have another post for a girly party with more detailed post in about 2 weeks time !

This time a great idea for Christmas gift - home baked cookies ! I baked traditional Latvian Christmas cookies Piparkukas ( black pepper cookies ) but you can bake anything you like !

 I decorated the jars with simple paper , ribbon , raffia and few  berries ! Also I customised a little does which you can use as a decoration for Christmas tree or maybe for table decorations , with name tags on or just like a little favours for your guests ! ( I am preparing a separate post about table decoration ideas for Christmas )

 Also I made  a simple paper bags filled with cookies !

Christmas gift wrapping ideas

Hello Girls , like I promised yesterday here is some ideas what to get for Christmas for your special people and a very easy gifts wrapping ideas !

some ideas what to get for Christmas  - luxurious lipstick , hair care products , candles  , nail polishes , book 

 To wrap 3 presents seen above you will need - natural raffia  ,simple postage paper , ink and stamp (if you don't have any try eBay ) , dried flowers ( I got mine from Garden centre ) , little Christmas decorations ! Remember this is only an idea , you can use and recycle whatever you have at home and in your scrap box ! I am not a fan of plastic fantastic wrapping paper and ribbons , this  is very cheap and original idea achieved in minutes , yes , that's how easy it is ! I absolutely love natural raffia ribbon , what an amazing material to work with !

Start with wrapping the present in the paper , then wrap around raffia ribbon and attach anything you like to the present  , this time all my materials didn't needed any glue or silikon hot glue , but You might need some glue it depends from materials you will use ! At the end I decided to use some stamps on one of the presents , its so simple and looks great !

turn unused space into used

 Hello Girls  , at the moment I am about wrap some presents ( as I promised ) and I will post about that tomorrow , but for now I will show you my organisation storage post ! Last 2 weeks I been cleaning and organising my space , getting rid of any clutter , anything we don't need anymore !
Here you can see my idea of storage , I turned totally unused space into nice storage  ( before and after picture see above ) , I cant understand why I didn't do that before !!! I got baskets from tk maxx and average price for one basket is £ 12 , except 2 baskets for £ 20 ! I made little lavander love hearts with attached buttons ! I did the same in my daughters room , I stored some of her school work and drawings in the baskets and  laid some teddy's on top !

Christmas Gift wrapping ideas !

Hello Darlings , here is a little preview of a Christmas gift wrapping idea (full tutorial is coming next week ) , here is only the finished gift because my cameras battery died just in the process of wrapping the gift :) This is a first present I wrapped , more wrapping post is on  my mind this week , also making of  a Advent wreath  and other Christmas crafts , I can't even tell you how much I enjoying it !
Also I been busy of organizing my house , rearranging and painting my daughters room , in the pictures above you can see two framed photographs ( shot by me ) which are going on the wall in my baby's room !
